The Witchery Copenhagen is Opening A New Store and You’re Invited!
Danish beauty newcomer, The Witchery CPH is hosting their official store opening TODAY at 5:30PM and you’re invited! Their new store is utterly charming and will be the home for all of their products, including a new sustainable range made from farming by-products.
The brand have a very interesting selection of products in their arsenal and use ‘boring’ everyday vegetables, that aren’t always the most popular on our dinner tables, as potent ingredients in their formulas. Who would have thought that broccoli, kale and beets have great benefits for you skin?
In their upcoming product launches we spotted a range of essential oils derived from non-endangered plant species. Did you know that a lot of essential oils are not sustainable? The highly popular scents of rosewood, sandalwood and frankincense for instance, are endangered species. In reaction to this, their small range of sustainable essential oils, uses plants and fruits that don’t require lots of water to grow and are easily harvested, including pine, sage, rosemary, blood orange, lemon and lavender. How exciting!
As well as offering a range of individual products, the brand offer two kits of essentials oils tailored to your mood: the ‘Sunshine in a Bottle’ kit containing lemon, blood orange and lavender oils, and the ‘Woodland Creatures’ kit with rosemary, sage and pine oils, for all of you woody and herby scent-lovers. I love using essential oils while showering to create a mood boosting, spa moment to start my day – all you need is a few drops on the shower wall and let the warm steam wrap you in your favourite scent. Bliss.
