TEKLA Fabrics Launch New Wool Blanket Collections in Time for Winter

Not ready to welcome winter? Don’t worry, Danish lifestyle brand TEKLA have launched new wool and merino wool blanket collections to keep you warm during the long Nordic nights. Both collections are made in Europe from the highest quality new wool and merino wool, respectively.

The new wool, also called virgin wool, is sourced from Gotland, Sweden, and is the first cut of wool from the sheep, and is not mixed with any other fibres. The merino wool blankets are treated with the exact same care, using the finest merino wool sourced from Australia and South America, and encompasses the softness and longevity merino is known for.

All of the blankets are made at TEKLA’s factory in Lithuania, that is run on 100% renewable energy, making the blankets a truly eco-friendly and life-long purchase. To celebrate the new collection, TEKLA worked with British photographer Laura Jane Coulson on the campaign, capturing the feeling we all want and miss right now, being able to spend time with family and friends.
