Armoire d’homme nominated for the International Woolmark Prize

We are proud to present Armoire d’homme as one of the European nominees for the International Woolmark Prize 2015/16.

First held in 1953 the award has been won by the likes of Karl Lagerfeld, Yves Saint Laurent and more recently Public School. Today the International Woolmark Prize continues to recognise outstanding design talent from around the world. The prize promotes a fresh crop of fashion stars showcasing the benefits of working with Australian Merino wool, and now more than 60 designers from over 20 countries take part.

The Europe regional award will be held on 13th July 2015 in Antwerp where the designers are required to present sketches of a Merino wool capsule collection comprising of six outfits, with one full outfit to be produced. The collections will be judged by a panel of local and international experts soon to be announced. The six menswear international finalists will meet at an event held during PITTI UOMO, Florence in January 2016.

Other nominees for the European award include MariusPetrus, IVANMAN, Jonathan Christopher and Harmony.
