Twelve talented emerging designers showed their collections at Stockholm Fashion Week where one was crowned as Swedish Fashion Talents of the year. This competition is arranged by the Swedish Fashion Council every year and gives new rookie designers an opportunity to show their collections for professionals and the public. Among previous winners you can find Dagmar, Uniforms for the dedicated and Mes Dames.
This year was a great mix of both menswear and women’s wear, we also saw some great jewelry designers. The twelve talents this season were Aether, Awesome Things, Black Book , Castor Pollux , Ever Rêve, Jennifer Blom , L’Homme Rouge , Malin Henningsson , Mirja Rosendahl, Isabell Yalda Hellysaz , Wilhja, Yasar.

Swedish fashion brand for men Castor Pollux was named the Swedish fashion talent of the year. Founder of the brand Henric Dahl started the brand in 2013. Henric’s interest in astrology and zodiac signs are the inspiration behind the name of the brand. Inspiration for this collection comes from architecture, art, barock, goth and roman mythology.
