Copenhagen Fashion Week S/S15 Armoire d’homme

Having recently been nominated for the “DANSK Design Talent” award Kjetil Aas continued his path to success presenting an outstanding collection during Copenhagen Fashion Week. A strong advocate of quality and sustainability the latest from the Norwegian born designer was inspired by the Nordic summer (which was also amazingly good this year) as Armoire d’homme delivered “a laidback mens and womens wardrobe with timeless relevance”.

The focus again was on the simple, clean lines of the clothing and the use of quality fabrics including cotton linen blends from Italian Duemileagori, noble merino yarns and organic cotton. The overall colour palette remained subtle ensuring full focus was on the quality materials and cut of the garments.

In an exciting move, mostly due to numerous requests from female friends, Armoire d’homme now includes a women’s range fittingly entitled Armoire d’femme The women’s capsule collection focused on the brands strengths tailoring the labels popular knitwear while adding some clean and classic pieces that embrace the Nordic woman.
