The latest trendy pendant lamps in Black&White

There were many gorgeous pendant lamps that caught my attention when I was browsing through some of the websites, looking for the most recent black&white lamps. It is always interesting and enjoyable when the designers succeed making lamps that offer an aesthetic experience and are also a real pleasure for the eye. Beautiful and proper lighting can give the space attractive atmosphere and nice characteristic.

These lamps is called Aeon Rocket and produced in grey and black. I love the contrast of it, the smoothness and soft texture on the top and the more irregular and rough appearance of the lower part. The pendant lamps are designed by Morten Voss and manufactured by lightyears.dk

I noticed this lamp for it’s simplicity and shape. The lamp is made of stone paper made from crushed limestone. I really like the detailing, the thin stripes which are made of ash, also available in black. It gives the lamp more charasteristic. You can find Lullaby on lightyears.dk

Copenhagen pendant SC6 is made of lacquered metal and has metal suspension which gives the lamp a nice industrial feeling. Also the chosen material gives it a more massive look. The pendant lamp is available on andtradition.com

This trendy lamp is designed by the one and only Tom Dixon who has designed many beautiful lamps. The Etch Shade is made up of sections of 0.4mm etched metal sheets. The lamp has a pleasant pattern and it´s engaging to see the shadows casts to the surroundings. You can see more types on tomdixon.net

The A33oS is a special edition. It was originally designed by the Finnish architect Alvar Aalto in 1937. The special edition in black painted steel was published in 2014 by Mike Meire.
