Chia porridge with cinnamon, vanilla raw cacao

This is a lovely recipe for chia porridge with cinnamon, vanilla & raw cacao. A healthy way to begin the day with healthy omega-3´s, fiber, healthy fats, vitamin E, magnesium and polyphenols. Super healthy!


1 deciliter organic chia seeds
3 deciliters organic almond milk (or other milk such as hemp milk, rice milk etc)
1 tbsp raw cacao (e.g. from “the raw chocolate company”)
1/2-1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

How to:

Mix everything together in a medium sized bowl and let stand for approximately 20 minutes while the chia seed drink up the liquid. Top the chia porridge with some berries, e.g. blueberries or raspberries and almonds for the perfect breakfast or afternoon snack!
