Fashion News: Won Hundred x Cecilie Lassen

Won Hundred x Cecilie Lassen

There comes a time when fashion collaborations are unexpected. Commonly, these collaboration are between a brand and someone related to the industry, like a model or a blogger. The latest fashion news bring us a refreshing announcement from the Danish fashion brand, Won Hundred. The brand has collaborated with a ballet dancer, Cecilie Lassen, from the Royal Danish Ballet. The talented artist and the creative team of Won Hundred translated the ballet scenario into a fashion collection. The result: 3 parts of the capsule collection, as they are inspired by the structure of the classical ballet, with its three acts. The three acts are also known as home, outdoors, home. Therefore the first act is ‘home’ and refers to the ballets Napels and La Sylphide, which take place in the sailor village and highlands. With this inspiration in mind, the capsule collection of Won Hundred x Cecilie Lassen has strong references to the sailor village dress code, including denim, strips, and warm knitwear.

The collection’s first part, called “Act 1”, will be available online on wonhundred.com and in selected stores in Copenhagen, including Illum and Pede & Stoffer from today, the 28 of March 2014.

  • Howdy would you mind stating which blog platform
you’re using? I’m looking to start my own blog in the near future
but I’m having a hard time making a decision between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and
Drupal. The reason I ask is because your
layout seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something unique.
P.S Sorry for getting off-topic but I had to ask!
