I know there are plenty of people who are not the biggest fans of Brussels sprouts. If you are one of them, please try them with bacon and you’ll change your mind.

Bacon and Brussels Sprouts
1 package of Brussels sprouts cleaned and chopped into halves
1 package of bacon
spices: salt, pepper, lemon juice
Heat a medium sized pan and add the chopped sprouts, add a little bit of oil to the pan first. Chop bacon and add them into the pan. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice to taste and let the mix fry on the pan until the bacon is crisp and sprouts get a lovely color.
